Sager NP2180 ENE CIR Driver 2.7.4.0 for Vista/Windows 7

Fixes:
- Fix BSOD 0x7E on Windows 7 (*ENE0200, *ENE0201)
- Add "LogFile" entry in Setup.ini for specifying log file path.
- Modify HID table for *ENE0200.
